Questions, answered plainly.

How does the free trial work?
Sign up without a card and the whole product is live, with about one role's worth of AI work included. Put a real role through it and invite the team. We'll reach out to help you get set up and learn what you need. If the work runs out before you've decided, say so and we'll sort it in the same conversation.
What will the number depend on?
Mostly three things: how many roles you run in a year, how much of the work you hand to the AI, and for agencies, how many client workspaces you need. Every package lands on one price agreed up front, billed monthly or annually. There's no overage, so the number you get is the number you budget with.
What happens if we use everything included?
Your package includes a set amount of AI work, and it's only spent when the AI actually does something for you: screening a candidate, joining a meeting, running a search. What a quiet month doesn't use, a busy one gets, so a slow month means a strong next month. If you're heading for the limit you'll hear from us early, with a picture of where the work went and what the rest is best spent on. Reach it, and the AI pauses while Vouch keeps working as an ATS, and we find a better package. Nothing is ever billed that you didn't agree to first.
What if we run multiple locations, brands or client accounts?
One package covers all of it. Agencies run every client workspace under one agreement; teams with several brands or offices do the same. Describe your setup on the call and the number covers the whole thing.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because the number depends on how you hire. An agency running a portfolio of client roles and a startup making its second hire should not pay the same way. Tell us which you are and you'll have a concrete quote after one short conversation, in writing.
Do you charge per user or per employee?
No. Seats, roles, candidates and storage are unlimited on every package, and the price is never indexed to your headcount. We price to your scope: how much hiring you do and how much of it the AI runs, agreed up front.
What about enterprise requirements?
SSO + SCIM, a custom DPA, procurement support and dedicated onboarding are all part of the same conversation. Bring security and procurement to the first call if you like; the number you get in writing covers those needs too.
Can I turn AI off?
Yes. Toggle AI off for the workspace or for specific roles, and nothing is spent while it's off. Vouch keeps working as a clean ATS.
What about migration from another ATS?
It takes days. Candidates, history, pipelines and tags are moved safely, GDPR-clean. We run the migration with you during onboarding on paid packages. Scope and data enrichment by agreement.
Does my data train your models?
No. In writing, in the DPA. Your candidates, your decisions, your interviews, yours.
