Talent pool and smart search

For months, teams kept saying the same thing: "Our candidate data is scattered, we can't see the big picture, and we waste time just trying to find the right info." We listened. Candidate Pool is our answer, bringing every candidate, from every source, into a single, living pool.

Whether you're importing from your ATS, uploading in bulk, or just adding profiles manually, Vouch now gives you the full story on every candidate: AI-powered summaries, fit assessments, comments, and communication history, all in one place.

Add a fast UI, auto-summaries based on your history with the candidate, and plain-language search ("backend developer in Oslo"), and you'll spend less time wrangling data and more time actually hiring.

What's new
