Relevant experiences

Proven experience in growth, community management, content creation, or user acquisition, preferably within gaming, SaaS, or creator ecosystems.

Deep understanding of modern game developer marketing and SaaS startup dynamics.

Comfortable producing and appearing in short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Demonstrable skill in understanding and creating content for Gen Z audiences.

Experience with Roblox communities or a strong connection to the Roblox creator space.

Ability to start as soon as possible.

About the job

Paralov is looking for a User Acquisition (UA) Specialist to spearhead our growth. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and data-driven individual who lives and breathes Gen Z internet culture. You'll have complete autonomy to build and execute our growth strategy across content, community, and marketing, directly impacting our journey in the creator and gaming space.

Plan, execute, and optimize user-acquisition strategies across channels like TikTok, X/Twitter, and Roblox.

Design and run rapid growth experiments to discover and scale new user acquisition funnels.

Lead and cultivate our Discord and Roblox communities, setting the tone and driving vibrant engagement.

Create compelling short-form content (videos, memes, creative challenges) that resonates with the Gen Z gaming community.

Manage the user acquisition budget and identify new distribution opportunities within the gaming and creator ecosystems.

Your Core Responsibilities

As our UA Specialist, you will be at the intersection of marketing, content, and community. Your mission is to build and scale a powerful growth engine.

Growth & User Acquisition

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel UA strategies on platforms like TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube Shorts, and Roblox. You'll build rapid growth experiments and oversee the acquisition budget.

Shape Paralov's tone of voice, drive our storytelling, and create viral short-form content including videos, memes, and creative challenges that capture the attention of Gen Z.

Community Building & Management

Lead and grow our Discord and Roblox communities. You'll be responsible for creating engaged, safe, and exciting spaces for our users, setting community standards, and tracking sentiment.

Strategy & Collaboration

Identify new distribution opportunities within the Roblox and gaming ecosystem, and collaborate closely with the founders and product team to ensure growth efforts are aligned with our product roadmap.
